RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Furthermore, we are making every effort to insure that your order if filled accurately and arrives in good condition; however, we understand that there are times when merchandise must be returned or exchanged. Under such circumstances the following return policy applies:

•    All returns must be pre-authorized by theglobestore.com. To request authorization by e-mail CLICK HERE.
•    In most cases, we will arrange for the delivering carrier to pick up the item that is being returned. The buyer is responsible for insuring that all returned goods are properly packaged in their original cartons. In any case where the buyer arranges return shipping, the shipment must be appropriately insured at the buyer’s expense.
•    New undamaged merchandise in its original unused condition in its original packaging and/or carton may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the time of receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise requires special treatment, see Damaged Goods below.
•    Original shipping and handling will not be refunded unless there was an error on the part of theglobestore.com.
•    Under no circumstances should merchandise be returned to theglobestore.com or the manufacturer without prior authorization from theglobestore.com. Unauthorized returns may be subject to additional fees.
•    A restocking fee of up to 20% maybe assessed for returned merchandise that are not exchanges, or otherwise damaged or defective. These fees are assessed to cover prepaid return shipping and insurance, inspection and repackaging, and assessments by manufacturers when item return to them.

Damage or Defects:

•    Any damage upon arrival should be brought to the immediate attention of the carrier and acknowledged by the carrier on the shipping documents. If you are unable to advise the driver, promptly call the delivering carrier, give them the packaging tracking number and advise them that the package arrived damaged.
•    Do not discard any part of the damaged merchandise or packaging. Make clear notes of the details of your damage report. Failure to provide the damage merchandise, all the packaging and documentation of the report to the carrier may delay replacement of damaged goods.
•    Any concealed damage of the goods (not visible in the external packing) or defective goods must be reported to theglobestore.com within 15 days of receipt. Please open and inspect all merchandise on receipt. Failure to report damage within 15 days may result in claim delays or denial. As with obvious shipping damage it is important to keep all of the merchandise and all of the packaging in the case of concealed damage or defective merchandise.
•    All obvious or concealed damage or product defects should be reported to theglobestore.com immediately by e-mail by CLICKING HERE. As is customary the product becomes the property of the buy at the time of shipment. The courier and manufacturer are responsible for all damages and defects. In some instances the manufacturer may decide to repair or replace defect parts in lieu of complete replacement. Theglobestore.com will assist with prompt replacement or repair of damaged merchandise and file any claims with the courier or manufacturer. The customer cooperation with the claims process is important to insure prompt resolution.
